Let's Talk, Kitty Talk : Suicide not Homicide

(I only grabbed this picture in google that leads me to a blog site http://travel-on-a-shoe-string.blogspot.sg,)

This is one of the latest story in Philippines.

normally, i don't pay attention to this kind of news as i want to:

1. respect the "soul" of whoever person died.

2. i don't know them at all.

Yesterday morning, I saw some one posted on their newsfeed in Facebook that the LRT in Philippines stop their business for that day because there is some woman jumped into the railroad and got hit by the train. Then i was like, okay. someone suicide must be very depressed in her life or maybe someone is in mental disorder and she thinks she got super power. well, what's new? I'm sure that moment, that time there's a lot of people trying to kill them self whether successful or not in every part of the world. Killing oneself is part of the reality in this world. specially when you are depressed.

Yesterday evening when i reached home, i watched the Philippines' News and saw the CCTV footage of this woman who jumped and kill her self. The scenario is like this ; It's a peak hour, there is a woman who looks pretty okay to me only she walks very slow, she's trying to get in but for some reason she can't slot in her ticket so, there is a man who help her. the place is a bit crowded, when the train is approaching the security guard inside the premises seems like he is trying to warn the people to move back as the train is coming. He even passed by with this woman. The next scene is very fast, just right after the guard passed by her, the train's some carriage is already in the "station zone" this woman suddenly jump, hold the railings and BOOM! she got hit by the train and with all in fair, the driver of the train didn't continue, the train even stop. In all angle of the CCTV, the woman killed herself. (if you don't understand my description, try to search on you tube)

What makes this story interesting and annoying is not my english / grammar they are going to file a case against the Train Driver. WTF?! as in WADAPAK! are you serious?? It's unbelievable! case for what?? I was so shocked that i don't even remember the right term of the case they are filing, thanks to my friend who posted something on his facebook on how he is so irritated about this incident. They are filing, RECKLESS IMPRUDENCE RESULTING IN HOMICIDE. and what makes this story more interesting is the one  who will file against the driver is the LRTA itself. the LRTA who even says that the woman committed suicide.

Oh c'mon. are you trying to make fun of your self / company? you said that the woman committed suicide and you even have a CCTV which i think is a STRONG EVIDENCE then why are you filing a case against this poor train driver who just doing his job in a one fine day?

Here's my points  why they shouldn't file a case against the driver.

1) The woman jumped! nobody pushed her and the driver didn't went down on the train he is driving just to push the woman.

2) She is not supposed to go down on the railings.what does she thinks? a pedestrian crossing?

3) With that unpredictable event, with that speed of the train even the driver hit the break, with that distance between the train and the woman. Sure one, will got hit what?!.

4) It's simply that the LRTA is CONTRADICTING their self. If they want to file a case against this driver just to show and let the other people know that they are doing some actions, it's too obvious that they are doing it only FOR A SHOW and if its' not really their INTENTION, well what are they doing now looks like they just want to .

I have a message to this people who's holding the LRT, there is a right time to do the RIGHT ACTIONS.

So dear readers, what do you think? do i have a point or i'm just wasting my time with this issue?
